BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS

A booth is reserved by the date of receiving the booth booking form for 7 working days. To receive a confirmed reservation for your prime location, we recommend that you return the booth booking form with payment as soon as possible. Full payment of the exhibition fees must accompany the Exhibition Booth Booking Form; booth assignment will not be made until full payment have been received by SME Fest Africa. Be sure to include your booth preference on the booking form.

To ensure the promotion of your organization in the Final Event Program, be sure to submit your exhibitor fees with payment by March 14, 2017
